Our Services

NQLC is a native title representative body appointed under the Native Title Act (1993) to assist Indigenous people with all aspects of their native title claims, and are appointed by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

NQLC represent native title holders and claimants in native title related proceedings which could be native title claims; appearing in court on behalf of native title claimants; responding to future act applications; and negotiating Indigenous land use agreements.

NQLC is structured into three teams, the Claims Team, Engagement and Development Support Team and the Corporate Services Team.
